Will it fade or wash out?
It shouldn't. The ink is textile-grade and made to hold through 50+ machine washes, tumble dryer included. Let the first press set for 24 hours before its first wash. We haven't published our own wash-test report yet, so the part we'll put in writing is the refund: if yours fades inside 90 days, we pay you back and you keep the stamp.
Does it work on dark clothes?
Only the double-sided stamp does — that's the white-ink end. If your child wears navy, black or dark green, choose double-sided.
Why is the double-sided stamp cheaper than the single?
Because it's the one we want you to have. The white-ink end is what saves navy jumpers and black leggings, and most parents only discover that after the single-sided one lets them down on dark clothes. We'd rather price the better version lower than talk you into an upgrade later.
Is the ink safe against skin?
Yes. Non-toxic and compliant with international standards for children's products. It sits on the fabric, not on skin.
How long until it arrives?
Every stamp is cut after you order — nothing is pre-printed. It ships within 2 business days, then travels from our manufacturing partner: plan for 2–4 weeks door to door. Your 90-day guarantee doesn't start until it's in your hands, so the wait costs you nothing.
What if I spell the name wrong?
We confirm the spelling by email before cutting. Reply to that email to change it at no cost. If it arrives misprinted or damaged, we send a free replacement — no return needed.
Can I use it for two children?
One stamp is one name. For siblings, add the first stamp to your cart, then press the button again with the second name — both ship in the same package, and they can share the refill ink.
