Does the ink fade after washing?

No. Our ink is lab-tested to survive 50+ wash cycles while staying bold and readable. Let the impression set for 24 hours before the first wash for best results.

Can I stamp dark clothes?

Yes — that's the point of the double-sided stamp. Use the white-ink side for dark fabrics and the black-ink side for light fabrics.

What surfaces does it work on?

Fabric, plastic, wood, metal and paper. For anything you can't stamp, our transparent waterproof labels have you covered.

Is the ink safe for children?

Completely. The ink is non-toxic, child-safe and meets international safety standards.

How many letters fit on a stamp?

Up to 9 characters for the first name, plus an optional second line. Longer names are automatically resized to fit.

How long does a stamp last?

Thousands of impressions. When it runs low, refill ink is available in our store.

I made a typo in the name — can I fix it?

Contact us as soon as possible via the contact page. If your stamp hasn't entered production yet, we'll correct it free of charge.

Can I order stamps for more than one child?

Yes — each stamp is personalized individually. Add one stamp per child to your cart.

Shipping & Returns

How fast is shipping?

Shipping is free and tracked on every order. Your stamp is dispatched within 2 business days, then travels from our overseas manufacturing partner — so please plan for 2–4 weeks door to door. Single-Sided Stamps typically arrive 11–16 days after dispatch; Double-Sided Stamps and the Best Deal bundle typically arrive 17–23 days after dispatch. We'd rather give you the real number than promise a week and miss it.

Why does delivery take a few weeks?

Every stamp is custom-made with your child's name — nothing is pre-printed and pulled off a shelf. Personalization plus international shipping is what puts most orders in the 2–4 week window. Your 90-day money-back guarantee starts the day it arrives, not the day you order.
