Timeline
Production: your stamp is personalized and dispatched within 2 business days.
Delivery: your stamp is made and shipped by our overseas manufacturing partner, so please plan for 2–4 weeks door to door:
- Single-Sided Stamp: typically 11–16 days after dispatch
- Double-Sided Stamp & Best Deal bundle: typically 17–23 days after dispatch
We'd rather tell you the real number than promise a week and miss it. If speed matters more than the double-sided ink, the Single-Sided Stamp is the faster option.
Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If your parcel is late, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us through the contact page and we'll resolve it — replacement or refund, your choice. Every order is also covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee, which starts the day your stamp arrives.
