How it works

1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number.
2. We'll confirm your refund or arrange a return within 1 business day.
3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Wrong or damaged item

If your stamp arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a name error on our side, we'll send a free replacement immediately — no return needed.

Typos on personalized items

If you notice a typo in the name you entered, contact us right away. If the stamp hasn't entered production, we'll fix it free of charge. Because stamps are personalized, we may ask for a photo before refunding name errors made at checkout — we'll always find a fair solution.
