Refund policy
## Refund & Return Policy
We want your Tiny Tags stamp to be something you're glad you bought. If it isn't, we'll make it right.
**Our 90-day guarantee**
You have 90 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund or a replacement, for any reason. That includes stamps personalized with your child's name โ we don't hide behind a "custom items are final sale" clause. If it didn't work for you, it didn't work.
**How to start**
Email ohad@tinytags.store with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. A photo helps if the item arrived damaged or the print isn't clean, but it isn't required. We reply within one business day.
**Returns**
For most requests we don't ask you to ship the stamp back โ return postage usually costs more than the item. If we do need it returned, we'll send instructions and cover the cost. Please don't send anything back before contacting us; unannounced returns can't be tracked to your order.
**Refunds**
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping is refunded in full โ shipping is free on all orders, so the refund is the full amount you paid.
**Replacements**
If you'd rather have a working stamp than your money back, we'll send a new one free, including a corrected personalization if the name was printed wrong. Replacements ship on the same timeline as a new order.
**Damaged, defective, or wrong item**
Contact us with a photo and we'll replace or refund immediately. You won't be asked to return a damaged item.
**Order cancellations and changes**
Stamps are made to order, so we start production quickly. Email us within 12 hours of ordering to change a name, character, or address, or to cancel for a full refund. After that, production may have started โ tell us anyway and we'll do what we can, and the 90-day guarantee still covers you either way.
