**Response time**

We reply to every email within one business day, Sunday to Thursday. Messages sent on Friday, Saturday, or an Israeli public holiday are answered on the next business day.

**What to include**

If your message is about an existing order, include your order number so we can pull it up straight away. For anything about a damaged or misprinted item, a photo helps us send a replacement without a back-and-forth.

**Where we operate**

Tiny Tags is based in Israel and ships to 28 countries worldwide. Orders are made to order and dispatched from our fulfilment partners.
