Where's my stamp?
Your stamp is custom-made with your child's name, so here's the honest timeline:
- Within 2 business days — your stamp is personalised and dispatched, and we email you a tracking link.
- 2–4 weeks total — door to door. The Single-Sided Stamp typically arrives 11–16 days after dispatch; the Double-Sided Stamp and Best Deal bundle typically arrive 17–23 days.
We'd rather tell you three weeks and deliver in two than promise a week and leave you refreshing a tracking page.
Can't find your tracking email?
Check spam and promotions for a message from Tiny Tags. Still nothing? Email support@tinytags.store with your order number and we'll resend it the same day.
Tracking hasn't moved in a few days?
Completely normal. International parcels sit still while they clear customs, sometimes for the best part of a week, and the tracking page goes quiet during that stretch. It doesn't mean anything is wrong.
If nothing has updated for more than 7 business days, email us and we'll chase the carrier ourselves. You won't have to do that part.
Still hasn't arrived?
If your parcel is genuinely lost, we replace it free or refund you — your choice. And your 90-day money-back guarantee starts the day it arrives, so a slow delivery never eats into the time you have to decide.
