## Shipping Policy

**Cost**

Shipping is free on every order. There are no handling fees and no minimum spend.

**Where we ship**

We currently ship to 28 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and Israel. If your country isn't available at checkout, we can't quote a rate for it yet — email ohad@tinytags.store and we'll tell you whether it's coming.

**Processing time**

Every stamp is made to order with your child's name. Production takes 1–3 business days before your order ships.

**Delivery time**

Once shipped, standard delivery takes **7–15 business days**. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guarantees — customs and carrier backlogs can add time, particularly around holidays.

**Tracking**

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first scan; that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

**Split shipments**

If your order includes both a stamp and waterproof labels or refill ink, items may arrive separately at no extra cost to you.

**Customs and import duties**

Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country, which are not included in the price and are the recipient's responsibility. We can't predict these amounts.

**Wrong address**

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll reship it free once. Email ohad@tinytags.store within 12 hours of ordering if you need to correct an address.

**Lost or delayed packages**

If tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us. We'll replace it or refund you — this sits inside the 90-day guarantee.
