## Terms of Service

**1. Overview**

This website is operated by Tiny Tags ("Tiny Tags", "we", "us"), based in Israel and reachable at ohad@tinytags.store. By visiting tinytags.store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

**2. Eligibility**

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

**3. Products and personalization**

Product photos and renders are representations; colors may vary slightly between screens and between production batches. Personalized items are printed exactly as you type them at checkout — please check spelling and capitalization before ordering, as we reproduce what you enter. If we print something other than what you entered, that's on us and we'll replace it free.

**4. Pricing and payment**

All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors, and will refund in full if we do.

**5. Shipping and returns**

Delivery and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

**6. Acceptable use**

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, submit personalization text that is obscene, hateful, threatening, or infringes anyone's rights, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation. We may refuse any order whose personalization text falls into these categories, with a full refund.

**7. Intellectual property**

All site content — text, images, logos, designs, and code — belongs to Tiny Tags or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

**8. Accuracy of information**

We work to keep product information current but don't warrant that everything on the site is complete or error-free. We may correct errors and update content at any time.

**9. Third-party links and services**

The site may link to or rely on third-party services. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

**10. Limitation of liability**

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

**11. Privacy**

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

**12. Changes to these terms**

We may update these terms at any time. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies.

**13. Governing law**

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Israel.
